**Program Director**
The Program Director is responsible for managing all operational elements of a male residential unit. This includes supervising staff, overseeing financial management, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care to clients, effectively managing risks, and creating a supportive atmosphere that aligns with the agency’s values. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related discipline is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of DCF residential programs and financial oversight.
