Job description
**Program Manager**
The Program Manager will oversee a regional group of Project Managers tasked with executing large-scale data center cabling initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to maintain safety standards, meet deadlines, and ensure budgetary constraints are met. This position also entails managing the regional project pipeline, forecasting, and upholding exceptional documentation and client satisfaction standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program delivery within mission-critical or telecommunications settings. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and an OSHA-30 certification are highly desired.
