Job description
The Program Manager will oversee the development of detailed program plans, financial budgets, and timelines while leading engineering and production teams effectively. This role serves as the main liaison for customers, ensuring that all project outputs meet technical standards. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience, with a solid foundation in optical or infrared sensor technologies. Proficiency in program management tools and the capability to navigate complex, multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic setting are essential.
