Carry out setting out and dimensional control, interpret construction information, and help ensure works meet drawings, specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and site operatives, maintain project and QA records, monitor progress, and support safe, efficient delivery and short-term planning. Applicants should have an HNC, HND, or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and experience on reinforced concrete frame or civil engineering projects. They should be competent in setting out, interpreting technical drawings, construction methods, materials, QA processes, and digital tools such as AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
