Job Summary
The Program Manager will act as the main liaison for significant engineering-services clients, ensuring the quality of delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering commercial growth. This role involves leading diverse teams to manage utility design and subsurface engineering projects, while also focusing on expanding accounts and securing additional business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for engineering-services clients.
- Oversee the quality of end-to-end project delivery.
- Enhance client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams for utility design and subsurface engineering initiatives.
- Drive account expansion and develop follow-on business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex public-sector engineering contracts.
- Demonstrated track record in business development.
