Job Summary
The Program Manager acts as the main liaison for significant engineering-services clients, overseeing the complete delivery process, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving commercial development. This role involves directing diverse teams to carry out utility design and subsurface engineering initiatives, while also identifying and capturing additional business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key engineering-services clients.
- Oversee the entire delivery process for projects to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in executing utility design and subsurface engineering projects.
- Identify and secure follow-on business opportunities to support commercial growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering field.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering-services contracts for public-sector clients.
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive business development.
