The Program Manager will lead multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating between engineering, operations, and supply chain partners to ensure material readiness and on-time delivery. They are responsible for performing supply vs. demand analysis, managing Capex budgets, and implementing AI tools to improve supply chain productivity. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in program management and manufacturing-related supply chain roles. Proficiency in data analytics and experience with manufacturing processes are required to successfully manage product development and mass production ramp-ups.
