Job Summary
The Maintenance Program Manager is responsible for establishing and executing uniform maintenance protocols within manufacturing environments to guarantee optimal equipment performance. This position focuses on enhancing maintenance governance, fostering organizational skill enhancement, and promoting ongoing improvement initiatives across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability.
- Drive maintenance governance and capability development within the organization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing engineering.
- Significant expertise with CMMS platforms and maintenance performance metrics.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
