**Job Title: Senior Manager, Program**
The Senior Manager, Program is tasked with managing the program’s profit and loss, fostering relationships with clients at the executive level, and guaranteeing operational efficiency within modular building initiatives. This role involves guiding, mentoring, and reorganizing program teams, as well as intervening to address urgent financial, scheduling, or client-related issues. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in overseeing large-scale programs with substantial contract revenues. Essential qualifications include strong financial skills, advanced abilities in scheduling, and a demonstrated history of leadership at the executive level along with effective crisis management.
