The Program Service Representative plays a crucial role in overseeing onsite inventory and upholding exceptional service quality at client sites. Responsibilities encompass replenishing product bins, launching new customer initiatives, and fostering strong professional connections with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling, and a minimum of 2 years in customer relations. Additionally, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the capability to lift between 30-60 pounds is essential.
