Job Summary
The Project Management Manager will oversee and guide multiple projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and are delivered on schedule and within budget. This role includes leading a dynamic team of project managers, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers to enhance productivity and project delivery.
- Develop project management methodologies and frameworks to standardize project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance through metrics and reporting, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, addressing concerns and expectations.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, ideally with a background in managing diverse project teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software for monitoring progress and resource allocation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
