**Job Title: Project Management Team Leader**
Responsibilities include guiding and nurturing a team of project managers to guarantee the successful delivery of customer projects from the initial order stage to fulfillment. You will spearhead ongoing improvement efforts and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to achieve project goals and fulfill customer expectations.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, along with a minimum of eight years of experience in project management, operations, or manufacturing. Strong leadership qualities, analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate efficiently with various functional teams are essential for this role.
