**Job Title: Team Supervisor – Satellite Production**
Oversee and guide a dedicated team of technicians and specialists tasked with satellite production and the maintenance of manufacturing lines. Collaborate closely with engineers to strategize, allocate resources, and carry out integration and testing operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, and bring at least 2 years of technical expertise in aerospace, aviation, marine, or automotive sectors. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite in Hawthorne, CA, including potential overtime and weekend hours.
