Job description
**Project Manager**
The Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring their performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction from the initial concept through to completion. Core responsibilities encompass project estimation, scheduling, coordinating designs, managing subcontractors, and enforcing safety protocols and quality assurance on-site. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline, maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.2. Furthermore, candidates must have 3 to 10 years of experience in design/build construction and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as project management applications.
