Job description
The Project Manager oversees the administrative and managerial functions of construction projects, which encompass estimating, scheduling, and reporting on costs. This role requires effective coordination with project owners and design teams, as well as managing the buyout process and selecting subcontractors. Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline, maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0. Furthermore, candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in design/build projects with a general contracting firm.
