**Project Manager**
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, overseeing everything from the initial concept through to completion, with a strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction. This position involves managing estimating processes, scheduling, coordinating designs, and supervising subcontractors, all while upholding safety protocols and quality assurance standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field, with a minimum GPA of 3.2. A background of 3 to 10 years in design/build construction is essential, as is a solid grasp of Microsoft Office and various project management software.
