Job Summary
The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile practices and ensuring successful project outcomes. This position involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, aiding the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, and assisting in release planning. The Scrum Master is also responsible for identifying and resolving obstacles, providing coaching to team members, and fostering ongoing enhancement of engineering methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog management and release planning activities.
- Identify and remove impediments that might hinder project progress.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Promote continuous improvement in engineering and Agile processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
- Possession of a relevant Scrum certification.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Able to work in a hybrid work environment, with proximity to Warsaw.
