Job Summary
The Project Manager is tasked with the daily management, agile facilitation, and administrative duties for teams involved in development and operational testing. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that project goals are met within the specified guidelines and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities and ensure effective execution of tasks.
- Facilitate agile processes to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Manage goals for sprints and address any obstacles that hinder progress.
- Track project budgets and provide updates on expenses and financial compliance.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Active Secret clearance or a higher security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Atlassian tools to facilitate project management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
