Job Summary
The Project Manager oversees the comprehensive management and execution of tank cleaning projects. This includes guiding field operations, ensuring effective personnel management, coordinating equipment upkeep, and addressing customer-related operational matters. Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in business growth by developing project proposals.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the daily operations of tank cleaning projects.
- Supervise personnel and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Maintain and oversee equipment required for projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding operational inquiries.
- Contribute to business development by preparing and submitting project proposals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the tank cleaning industry.
- Proficiency in equipment tracking and maintenance.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- A TWIC card is required for this position.
