**Property Associate**
The Property Associate plays a key role in facilitating day-to-day operations through effective management of leasing processes, communication with residents, and maintenance of the property. Key responsibilities encompass conducting property tours, generating reports, and maintaining a clean and secure environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and have an unblemished driving record. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is essential, while experience with AppFolio is viewed favorably.
