Job description
The Lead Subcontract Administrator oversees the complete lifecycle of subcontract agreements, encompassing solicitation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring adherence to government regulations. This role includes offering value-driven analysis, guiding staff development, and making certain that all contractual obligations are fulfilled for the Missile Defense Agency. Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 years of broad experience, with at least 8 years in a directly relevant role and 2 years in a leadership capacity. A current Department of Workforce Secret Security Clearance is necessary, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
