**Capture Manager**
The Capture Manager is responsible for spearheading the strategic pursuit of federal government opportunities by formulating capture strategies, winning approaches, and competitive evaluations. This role includes overseeing collaborative partnerships and fostering connections with federal clients and industry partners to ensure the company’s sustainable growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in federal capture management or government contracting, along with a demonstrated history of securing competitive contracts. A deep comprehension of the federal acquisition process and the capability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership is crucial.
