The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the complete response cycle for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that proposals align with sales goals and adhere to organizational standards. This position involves collaborating with various teams to produce well-crafted and compliant proposals within tight deadlines set by customers. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal management and be skilled in using RFP response software such as Qvidian or Responsive. A bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA and having over 10 years of relevant experience.
