Job description
**Field Operations Manager**
The Field Operations Manager is responsible for managing all activities tied to the production of soybean and wheat seeds in the field. This includes overseeing grower relationships and the processes involved in field production. The role also emphasizes adherence to safety regulations, staff supervision, and upholding quality standards in collaboration with the Plant Operations Manager. While a four-year degree in Agriculture is preferred, it is not essential. Applicants should possess knowledge of seed production or have a minimum of four years of pertinent experience, complemented by robust communication and organizational abilities.
