**Job Title: Provider Relations Representative**
The Provider Relations Representative serves as the key liaison for our physician network, offering essential support, training, and problem-solving to facilitate effective operations. This individual is responsible for assessing physician performance, formulating strategies for enhancement, and working in partnership with internal teams to promote membership expansion and retention. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or provider relations, with a strong understanding of claims processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position necessitates travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
