**Job Title: Psychiatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner**
The Psychiatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner offers specialized nursing care that encompasses the assessment, diagnosis, and management of both medical and psychiatric requirements of patients. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, perform diagnostic tests, and track patient outcomes within either a clinical or hospital environment. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Nursing, qualifying them as a Nurse Practitioner, and must also hold valid Texas licenses as both an APRN-NP and RN. Furthermore, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is essential.
