**Job Title: Transitional Age Youth Specialist**
The Transitional Age Youth Specialist offers personalized assistance to individuals aged 13 to 25, emphasizing essential life skills like financial management and preparation for employment. Responsibilities also include performing assessments, facilitating workshops, and partnering with community organizations to aid youth involved in foster care and related initiatives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in youth engagement. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, hold a valid Arizona driver’s license, and have an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.
