**Job Title: Psychiatric Social Worker**

The Psychiatric Social Worker is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, diagnosis, and formulating treatment plans for individuals of all ages as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role involves implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies and ensuring the maintenance of precise clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant discipline, along with a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). A minimum of two years of experience in mental health therapy following graduation is essential.
