Job description
**Job Title: Psychiatric Staff Nurse**
The psychiatric staff nurse delivers patient care that is suitable for their developmental stage and acts as an advocate for patients following the ANA Code of Ethics. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients’ needs, assigning tasks to support personnel, and executing evidence-based care plans. Applicants must have a valid Ohio Registered Nurse license and either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate degree with a commitment to achieve a BSN within five years. Current CPR certification is mandatory, and candidates should also be prepared to obtain further certifications specific to the unit.
