The District Director of Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, managing patient flow, and ensuring financial viability throughout a designated group of hospitals. This position entails the execution of standardized processes, guiding site managers, and maintaining adherence to healthcare laws and quality benchmarks. Applicants should hold a degree from an APTA and CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program or a similar area, alongside a minimum of 5 years dedicated experience in therapeutic practice and management. Additionally, a valid American Heart Association BLS certification and relevant state licensure are essential.
