**Job Title: AI Agent Workflow Engineer**
Responsibilities include the design and execution of dependable, production-ready AI agent workflows tailored for intricate healthcare settings. You will establish and maintain strict evaluation methodologies to assess performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance system steerability.
Candidates must possess over 8 years of experience in software engineering for production environments, with a minimum of 3 years devoted to the direct management of machine learning (ML), large language models (LLM), or agentic systems. Professional experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare or finance is essential, along with expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and proficiency in AWS AI/ML services.
