This role involves conducting needs assessments, managing referrals, and facilitating seamless care across various community services. Applicants are required to fulfill behavioral health technician qualifications, having either a high school diploma accompanied by four years of experience or a relevant degree with equivalent experience. Furthermore, possession of a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a fingerprint clearance card is essential.
