Job description
The Purchasing Agent plays a crucial role in obtaining bids, evaluating subcontractor qualifications, and overseeing project financials. This position also involves tracking project blueprints, keeping an eye on option expenses, and managing the initiation of lots, all while maintaining precise unit cost records. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of applicable industry experience. Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.
