Job Summary
The QA Lab Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that materials meet quality standards through conformance testing and overseeing the appropriate management of product disposition to confirm the integrity of production processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conformance testing of materials to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Manage product disposition to support the validation processes in production.
- Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Handle and store chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Document quality-related data accurately in SAP systems.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Prior experience in quality control is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred.
