Job description
**Shift Supervisor**
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for guiding the restaurant team to uphold superior levels of customer satisfaction, maintain food safety protocols, and achieve operational efficiency. This role includes overseeing shift responsibilities, addressing customer issues, and supporting management in business strategies and employee growth. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with a distinct advantage for those who have previously held a shift leadership position. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have dependable transportation, and be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
