The QA Lab Technician performs standardized laboratory testing to ensure food safety and quality standards for dairy and non-dairy products. They also monitor production processes, maintain lab equipment, and coach associates on GMP and sanitation protocols. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including potential overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
