Job description
**Quality Engineering Manager**
The Quality Engineering Manager oversees the software quality division, establishing a clear vision and strategy for automation testing across web, mobile, and APIs. This role involves managing both internal and offshore teams to effectively integrate comprehensive automated testing suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows, ensuring rapid and error-free product launches. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. A strong background in ecommerce platforms, testing with React Native for mobile applications, and modern CI/CD integration techniques is crucial.
