Job Summary
The Qualified Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services, which include creating treatment plans, ensuring the confidentiality of client records, and tracking client progress. This role also involves advocating for clients in crisis situations and offering support to families to help them comprehend associated behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client records.
- Monitor and assess client progress regularly.
- Act as an advocate for clients in crisis circumstances.
- Provide educational support to families regarding client behaviors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
