Job description
**Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer**
Provide expert fire protection engineering oversight for the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) enclosure, which involves evaluating submitted documents and endorsing technical paperwork. Conduct construction monitoring, observe testing procedures, and validate effective installations for the microgrid project. An active Professional Engineer license is required, along with successful completion of the NCEES fire protection engineering exam. Applicants should possess relevant expertise in NFPA 13 design, hydraulic calculations, and be prepared to travel to Puerto Rico for on-site inspections.
