Job description
Job Summary
The Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality. This position focuses on analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. The Quality Analyst will work closely with various teams to implement quality assurance practices, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate product performance and identify defects through systematic testing.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes in all phases of product development.
- Document and report quality metrics and findings, making recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis to address quality issues and improve practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
