The technician will conduct physical, analytical, and microbiological tests on finished beverages and raw materials using laboratory equipment. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate test records, calibrating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies. Candidates must possess basic mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to operate laboratory equipment and computers. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.
