Job description
Job Summary
The Quality Control Lab Technician is essential in ensuring the consistent quality of products by performing various tests and analyses. This role involves meticulously following established protocols and reporting findings to enhance product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document and analyze test results, maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control setting is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for quality testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
