Job description
The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee quality inspection teams at two manufacturing sites to guarantee product adherence to standards and efficient inspection processes. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, implementing process enhancements, and collaborating with various departments to address quality concerns. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 5 years in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the manufacturing sector. Strong ability to interpret technical documents and familiarity with quality management systems are critical requirements.
