**Assistant Operations Manager**
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supervising engineering and product recovery operations while leading production teams that work around the clock. Key duties involve enhancing process quality, performing investigations into incidents, and collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management is essential, along with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in Lean or Six Sigma practices.
