**Job Title: Tobacco Sorter**
The Tobacco Sorter is responsible for evaluating and organizing tobacco leaves by assessing their quality, texture, and condition in an agricultural production setting. This role involves collaborating with a team to categorize the leaves into different types such as wrapper, binder, and filler, all while adhering to established safety and quality protocols. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the capability to carry out repetitive manual tasks in a dusty atmosphere. Attention to detail is critical, and the ability to work flexible hours during the peak seasons is essential.
