Job description
Job Summary
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified standards of quality and reliability. This role involves developing testing protocols and procedures to enhance product reliability, identifying defects, and implementing solutions for quality improvement. The Quality Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans and strategies.
- Conduct analytical testing and inspections to verify product compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead quality-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Manage documentation related to quality standards and test results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards and tools, such as ISO, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
