Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing all maintenance and upkeep activities within the community. This position encompasses managing a team, handling budgets, and executing practical maintenance duties to maintain the property’s market readiness. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in apartment management and supervisory roles. Additionally, candidates must possess either a Type II or Universal A/C certification, a high school diploma, and a current driver’s license.
