Job description
The Supervisor oversees the Quality Engineering and Document Control departments, focusing on maintaining product quality, adhering to regulatory standards, and optimizing operational processes. Acting as the main liaison for customer quality issues, they lead root cause investigations and the implementation of corrective measures. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline and have a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in quality engineering. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, accompanied by a strong understanding of quality methodologies and standards.
