Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and be capable of interpreting technical drawings, assembly guides, and job specifications. Additionally, expertise in using precision measuring instruments, Microsoft Office, and hand tools is essential, alongside the capacity to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
