Job Summary
The Quality Inspector II plays a vital role in ensuring quality standards are upheld by documenting and verifying materials across customers, vendors, and operational processes. This position assists quality engineers and is involved in the inspection of both completed and semi-finished mechanical components.
Responsibilities
- Record and validate materials among customers, vendors, and operations.
- Support quality engineers in their activities related to quality assurance.
- Conduct inspections of finished and in-process mechanical parts.
- Utilize various testing equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality inspection.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and Verisurf software is essential.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving algebra and fractions.
