The Quality Inspector Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of inspectors to ensure tactical execution of inspection processes and high-quality product delivery. They are responsible for developing quality standards, updating SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Quality or Regulatory roles within Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity. A strong understanding of AS9100, GD&T, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies is required, along with U.S. Person status.
